Very pleased with our new 24.5" 1 x 1 Drawer Cabinet! The quality is impressive, and the size is perfect for our space. Lead time was as promised, and even delivery exceeded expectations. Definitely happy with our decision to purchase this cabinet.
I love these cabinets! They are beautiful and well made. I currently have about 580 records in one cabinet with room for about 50 to 60 more. The second cabinet is holding my brothers 400 some records until he moves out, giving me something to aspire to. This configuration isnt the end goal. Ultimately I would love to move the TV and gaming consoles out, but still looking solid! Will send another picture when I have time to get things just so.
They are in high demand, so plan time ahead when ordering, but they were very communicative about the estimated delivery, and the shipper was top notch! Well worth the wait!
Wow! My youngest son and I decided to resurrect/restore all my original vinyl from the 60's and 70's along with hundreds of CDs of the same vintage. But where to store everything...enter DEPARTMENT HOME! Our custom designed record/CD cabinets arrived at our Adirondack Mountain cabin just a few days ago in absolutely perfect shape thanks to Department Home and Schlep (the transporter). Let me tell you these cabinets are "kick a__"! The craftsmanship is incredible, as in real wood, perfectly mitered corners and yes, dovetailed drawers for our CD collection...not to mention an absolutely flawless finish. This stuff is "top-of-the-line".... really worth the money! We will likely be back for more once we figure out our final cabinet configuration. Hey, and the guys from Schlep who delivered to us deserve a shout out as well.... timely, professional, courteous and careful.
My husband was very happy with the cabinets and the delivery. I am looking forward to seeing them in person, likely in May. My son Richard will be setting up his collections in May when he gets home from college. He is very excited to organize and continue decorating his new music space.
We cannot be happier with our purchase of the 2 x 2 record cabinet. It is a beautiful piece of furniture from an amazing independent company. communication, delivery, quality everything was there. We’re so happy we made this fantastic investment. For perspective there are about 250 records in the attached photo and plenty of room for growth.

I bought a custom-made cabinet with a bottom row that has extra clearance to fit my vinyl box sets, as well as to fit a very specific open space I have in my apartment. The Department Home team was super helpful and responsive to make sure all the details, from design to delivery, went smoothly. Be prepared to exercise some patience for custom pieces, but quality craftsmanship shouldn’t be rushed and I’m completely satisfied with the result!

The cabinet arrived right at the time the driver said it would. He was awesome! We got it in the house and unwrapped. There was absolutely no damage. It’s perfect! I bought the bigger cabinet to allow for more room to add to my collection.
